WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK
Slogan-“Breastfeeding: A healthy start for a healthy future.”
Students actively participated Breastfeedingweekfrom 1st -7th August 2026 and disseminated and knowledge and awareness among the general public in the OPD premises at Saint George’s Hospital, Mumbai, with the help of poster presentation about various aspects of breastfeeding.
It aims to create awareness about the importance of breastfeeding and to encourage families, communities and health workers to support breastfeeding mothers.
